Job Title: NETWORK AND COMPUTER SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

LOCATION: Hainesville, Lake County, IL location.
JOB DUTIES:
Primary support for local and wide area networks, server environment, telecommunications systems, personal computers and general technology hardware. Manages all network servers (physical & virtual) and installation, configuration and maintenance of other network components. Develops and maintains compliance with network security procedures. Maintains remote access, firewalls, anti-viral protection, and disaster recovery procedures. Adds, removes and changes authorities for network users. Monitors and measures the performance of the network. Documents, communicates and manages problems related to Network / Systems. Resolves problems reported by end users for local and wide area networks, personal computers, networking equipment (switches, routers, etc.) Provides answers to complex questions related to these systems. Maintains software license database. Ensure that the agency is in compliance with licensing requirements. Maintains and supports hardware and software inventory records. Maintains current documentation of the network and telecommunications systems. Provides end user training for desktop and mobile computing and telecommunications devices. Researches, recommends, plans and oversees system replacement. Upgrade software as needed to ensure compliance and compatibility with company's standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or related field plus two years of experience. Suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable.
